Ruby May Fashionistas came about because of my mother Ruby May Anderson who sadly passed away two years ago. My mother was a very well put together lady who was always very well dressed and always encouraged me to always look my best. She would always tell my siblings and I whenever leaving the house to look our best because you never know who you will run into and that your appearance is the first impression you make. I carried that with me always and even though I didn’t have a lot of money to buy new clothes all the time or to follow the newest trends, I would always do something creative with what clothing I had to make it beautiful and would always be asked where did I get that outfit from. I fell in love with style and fashion at a very early age and always wanted to share my love of fashion with others.
